In receipt, thank you.  This obviously is an important motion with lots to think about.  I am not rushing my decision.  I will continue to work on getting out the ruling.  I can guarantee you one thing, you'll have the ruling by the time we get on the record 11 October!  I am the only judge here, so when the contested cases pile up, I am the only one to do them.  I appreciate your patience and everyone's proposed F of F and C of Law.
