This is a reference number only and not an approval to have warranty work done. The Luggage repair shop will determine if it is Damage, Wear, or Defective. Thank you for contacting Ricardo Beverly Hills regarding your luggage and warranty. Each of our products is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials during the specified warranty period. By nature of its use, luggage is subject to normal wear and tear, damage by airlines and misuse. Ricardo Beverly Hills cannot be responsible for this type of wear and tear or damage.  In warranty repair is designed to restore your luggage to working condition. We have determined that the following repair center is closest to you. Please take or send your luggage (at your cost) to the following facility:

They will evaluate your luggage and contact us. Providing the defect is in workmanship or materials, we will authorize repair of your luggage. You may also log on our website, www.ricardobeverlyhills.com, under warranty there is a list of repair facilities for your convenience.                                                                               As can be expected , component parts particularly moving parts such as pull handles and wheels can show wear and tear. This is naturally not covered by our guarantee. The repair shop will give you the option to repair your luggage at your expense, if the damage is due to normal wear and tear, fading, misuse and neglect. Always inspect your luggage before leaving the terminal and immediately file a claim with the airline if your luggage has been damaged in transit.                                                                             As stated in the warranty, Ricardo Beverly Hills reserves the right to make the final judgment on all claims. Please take a copy of this letter along with your receipt to the repair facility. Please do not send your luggage directly to Ricardo Beverly Hills unless instructed by our Customer Service Department.
