          Other Relevant Material:  Charge sheet, convening order, allied papers, and motions have previously been provided to the court. Pending motions include suppression, challenge to lawfulness of MARFORPAC Order, witness production, and pre-admission of multiple items of evidence.  Several witnesses will testify telephonically or in person regarding suppression and pre-admission motions.  LtCol Logan presided over arraignment on 14 Jul 10; however, no MJ has been permanently detailed to the case. Courtroom 3 at 32nd St has been reserved for the hearing.
