Mike, You know what happened to the guy who discovered the cure for cancer and died before he could tell anyone…he got buried and people continue to die from it. I also like the if a tree falls in the woods and no one is there to hear it does it make a noise? English – I know you guys are working on something…but if I don’t know what’s going on or more importantly Hashimy things deteriorate. Putting late payments aside for a second…the guy is paying 40,000 a month to 3D…and I have repeatedly requested that you guys push information and updates…its simply not happening. The argument that 3D brings more to the table and needs to be paid more had validity but the “value” button needs to be pressed. Hashimy – customer – employer -- needs info and responsiveness to requests. If it can’t happen or won’t happen for whatever reason then that needs to be communicated. There is a true desire to build this teaming arrangement into a long term relationship. It cannot however be built on what looks like on its face as being gaffed off. If I were paying 40 k for someone to work for me…I would have certain expectations…this is business class not coach. There is a lot of scrutiny right now regarding output and justification regarding the capital outlay. Someone in the organization needs to make time to make this right. We have talked about this before most recently re the commitment letters. We talked about pushing updates and e-mails. Shit is rolling down hill and right now I am a couple of yards above you and it doesn’t taste good. This is a problem that has to be resolved today. I sit here at 2000 and I would rather be home with my kids right now and I am sure you would rather not be reading this e-mail. I am here because I want this client to be taken care of and I want his business. I know everyone is busy…got it. But the way this was billed was that a six people was to be tasked out in support of the effort. You cannot tell me at least one person can’t be tasked with making sure loops are closed on RFI’s and providing updates. I have 70 other clients and with the amount of time I have dedicated to this effort the math won’t add up…I can guarantee not one of those people is as busy as I am. This is not the conversation I want to have. I need a concrete resolution to this by tomorrow regarding the push of information and closure of RFI’s. Please let me know what your proposed way ahead is. V/r E Eric S.
