Dear Mr. Abdul Hakim Al-Sayeri
I was informed by Mr. Ahmed Yousef Al-Rumaihi, the political and Economic Counselor at your Embassy in Washington DC, that H.E. Dr. Ali Bin Fetais Al Marri, is interested in instituting an anti public corruption training program aimed at raising awareness among civil servants and government officials.  I would like to an opportunity to discuss the specific objectives that the Attorney General seeks to achieve.  By identifying his objectives, we will be able to create a proposal for a training and education program that will include formal instruction along with decisional games and scenarios, followed by regular retraining on an annual or semi-annual basis to ensure skills are captured and maintained.  I believe that our firm’s resources, skills, regional experiences, cultural awareness, and relationships with several of the top law schools in the country will allow us to prepare a program that will meet with the Minister’s objectives and approval.

Please advise as to a time when I might discuss this matter with you.  I, and one of my partners, will be in the Middle East region on September 25 for some meetings in Dubai.  If it is convenient for you, my colleague and I can meet you in Doha to discuss this matter in person.

Sincerely,

Haytham Faraj, Esq.
