NJP deal is back on. They will not waive an adsep board but the CO has also agreed not to recommend a board. He will give her a period of observation so she can demonstrate that she can perform professionally, a sort of suspension period. I like Capt Bethske. He's a warfighter and a pro. He may even send her back to be an RDC. My assistant worked up the PTA last night but she used the old charge sheet. We probably won't have the new ready until this afternoon.
