Re: Art 69b appeal (Sgt Jose Brito)



Sir,

I have no idea as to whom the DC he got advice was from.  As to the
second two questions, the answer is no as far as I know.  Also, Sgt
Brito is represented by Mr. Faraj.  Thank you.
