Re: Fee Agreement

Dear sir
Thanks for answering us ,we realy appreciate your support.

For the contract your office sent we want to clear the following pionts:

1-before the contract and issuing payments ,we thought that we can know general openion from your experience about such case and possiblity of success or fail ,as you know we are in Iraq and will trial them according to USA laws ,that we don't have any informations about .

2- The contract confirm only that your office will receive all related fees ,doesn't give us any insurrances about the case, you know we are in Iraq,we cann't be direct with you because of the far distance, besides ,considering the piont no1 ,we feel that we will pay large amounts of payments at the end we will get nothing as there is no any garantees and you didn't even give us clear openin .

3-My compan already lose big amounts of money what make as submit this case,so we cann't take the advantage of losing more ,accordingly we suggest to sign another contract with your office garantee both sides rights (Your fees will be taken after the desicion made
and will be 20% from the amount we will take whatever it was,if there is some expenses to your team need to be paid ,we may pay some of them in advance ,and it wil be charged from 20% you wil get at the end.
This is our  suggestion that made according to our financial bosiblities, which is in terible sitiaution because of the mentioned reason.
we need your answer about this as soon as possible ,so that we can check with another office incase the suggestion was n't suitable for you.
