Just an FYI... we're waiting on Mr. Faraj to find out where the craziness came from yesterday at the Miramar brig. I have spoken with the defense counsel in Beaufort and they are going to provide audio recordings (transcripts will later follow) from the motions hearings yesterday (Sunday) and the ones for tomorrow which will include the Beaufort SJA's testimony (UCI motions).
I have ten days to respond to the Beaufort CO's rebuttal letter.
