RE: Issa v. GMAC

Gentlemen -
 
We are seeking to re-notice the hearing for September 7.  At this point, Judge Gillis' regular clerk is not in, so we cannot take care of this until Monday.  In any case, we wanted to insure that you were aware that (1) the hearing is not going forward tomorrow, and (2) we are seeking to re-schedule the hearing for September 7.

Mike.  That doesn’t work for me.  We were trying to schedule for September 7.  The court wouldn’t let us do that.  I start a trial on September 13 in California.  It’s going to last at least 3 weeks.  If September 7 is not available, my next available date is October 7.
