The trial dates are 1-9 November, with a final "housekeeping" 39(a) currently scheduled for 29 October. This request is necessary due to the strong possibility of media interest in the trial, and in order to utilize the technological features of the DCM courtroom which are lacking at the MCAS Miramar courtroom.
