This will confirm that all foreclosure activities have been
halted. Please forward me a copy of whatever your client received
concerning the foreclosure so we can insure that the appropriate parties are on
notice. Also, please confirm that the motion for temporary restraining
order that you suggested was on the brink of being filed was not, in fact,
filed.
