Thanks for letting me know, Carolyn. Can you elaborate as to the defenseâs reasoning for withholding your testimony? Were they concerned that the âprosecutorâ (or whoever plays that role in an ASB) would seek to impeach your testimony based on NCISâs investigation of you or based on the PNG-type letter from South Carolina? Can you give me the contact info for the defense attorneys in that proceeding?

Just wanted to let you know that on last week's Administration Separations Board, the defense had to make the call that I would not testify due to what is going on. The Board was held at Mirimar but everyone has heard what's going on. The government's star witness perjured himself multiple times however, I could not rebut.
