is a real possibility that Hashimy will have one of the most competitive
bids. He has secured storage, transportation, and laboratory
requirements. He has even secured land in key FOB forward positions which
gives him storage capabilities which will blunt against any projected
interruptions. There are at least two refineries and two fuel brokers
with access to top refineries ready to provide commitments. An amendment
just released and questions published by KO indicate that the package being put
together by H is very well positioned and other bidders are behind the power
curve. The guy snatched from Red Star is a freakin fuel rock star.
Hashimy has secured a partnership agreement with the largest bank in
Afghanistan which will give him access to financing to aggressively push his
capabilities and grab more market share then originally contemplated. I
would like to plug into DESC and get access to teaming agreement examples which
will be the next step if we win bid. Fire is crazyâit almost reminds me of the oil fires during
Gulf War. I snapped a bunch of pics but it is very difficult to see the
top of buildings with the amount of smoke. After I got back I was pretty
