H, Neal is working a deal with the local gym to provide 39.99 memberships for the Firm. Each individual signs up with the club, and the Firm reimburses Health Club costs at $40 a month. I will work it out with Paychex, as that is a health benefit and must be shown on your W-2 in order for the Firm to claim it on it's taxes. This means you and Neal get $40 from the beginning of the year a month. Nick just signed up last week, he'll get $40 starting in July, and Eric has yet to sign up. You are currently charging ABC Dearborn Health on the AMEX. Anything above $40 will be a straight expense to the Firm rather than a deduction on the Taxes. This charge also falls into the category of needing and update on the expiration date. M
