Hi Haytham,
Today Kenneth from your
office emailed me the form you had sent previously to the Review Board. I
faxed this form to Tommy today, and I marked the 2nd box putting in Nov.
2010 as the requested appearance time. Was I wrong in doing
this? Tommy signed it, corrected his latest address and email, and faxed it
back to your office tonight. Please look it over to be sure I didn't do
something wrong before it gets faxed to the Review Board. I want to be
sure we all agree that November is the best month for us to come back. Please
let me know when it has been sent, and that all is well with the form.
