He was called. USERRA issue.
GS-15/ ANGUS Capt. He needs to perform self help right now and come back if
needed. His commander is engaged and he is going to approach HR with the
situation. If he comes back…I didn’t quote him…but this should be a 5k
retainer…hourly if suit will be filed…flat fee if it is contained within the
Agency. Just making sure everyone is aware in case it comes up while I’m gone.
