I finally made contact with
Tommy. Please email me the form necessary on Tues, 8/3 and I will fax it
to the motel where they are staying this week in Colorado. Tommy can sign
it , and then it will get faxed to your office on Wed.
Is this the best procedure? Will you fill out
everything on the form, so all he has to do is sign his name? Remember, we
are going for November, anytime or thereafter.
