Here's the plan: -- 1330, Kadena Golf Course, golf tournament (shotgun start if enough are able to attend or consecutive tee times otherwise) -- 1730-ish-2100, Tea House at the Kadena course, buffet with open bar, and cigars if you desire. For golf, I am covering greens fees, cart, cigar if you smoke, and 2 beverages of your choice. If you need to rent clubs, that's on you. For the buffet and bar, I'm covering all. Families are invited to the festivities at the Tea House, but I would not suggest smaller children in light of the open bar. As you can imagine, I need to provide numbers to Kadena for golf and dinner. With that, by next Wednesday (11 August) I respectfully request that you let me know whether: 1. You will attend golf. Please include handicap. If you don't know what that is, just say "I don't play golf that much." 2. You will attend dinner and number of guests you'll be bringing. I hope all can make both, but if you have to pick one, I suspect the wetting down would be the best choice. Even if you don't golf that often or rarely do, I will make foursomes that match everyone's abilities. It should be a fun time.
