I've been working on what you asked me to do. So far I made some progress but I am still looking for old awards and other things that I can put in for the package. LT. Cook called me yesterday and told me that you were asking for people that went to NJP or Court Martial and later, ADMID SEP Board. I only knew one case since I've been here. I am refering to the case of EM1 Mauro Jimenez. EM1 Jimenez went to a Captains Mast last October 2009 for Fraternization with a female recruit. He was awarded 60 days restriction and 2 months of half month pay , He also received a suspended bust. While he was on restriction he made a comment to a Chief ( who took it as a racial/discriminatory remarks) that filed a complain against EM1 Jimenez. Because of this He was busted down to E-5. After he completed his restriction time, He re-enlisted and was asked to transfer to a Ship (Frigate. As soon as he checked out and while on transient leave he called up the recruit again via yahoo messenger, The recruit told the security where she was stationed and RTC was also informed of what EM2 Jimenez did. EM2 Jimenez was recalled from his leave, got his orders cancelled and informed by legal that he will be separated. EM2 requested an ADMIN board. He also obtained LT Courtney Scheff from NLSO. To defend his case. LT Scheff got the ADMIN SEP dropped and EM2 was allowed to pick up new set of orders and transfer. That's all I know about someone that went to an ADMIN SEP Board. Also a couple of weeks ago I attented a portion of Captain Peterson's Last captain's call before his retirement. He specifically said this: eventhough you went to a court martial there are a lot of ways to get kicked out of the Navy and that they are just waiting for the right time because the proccess takes a while.. He sounded like he was making a promise to all that I will be kicked out of the navy ( eventhough he did not mentioned my name).
