One other thing - I have someone asking me for recent references and I was wondering if you feel you would be a strong reference on my behalf, and would feel comfortable with my listing you on my list of references. Please feel free to say no if you don't feel completely comfortable with it or feel you might not be a strong reference; I promise I won't get hurt feelings. I just felt that since I work directly with you and I've been out of school for a while, I thought you might be a good reference to put down.
