Have you given him a notice of termination?
When did that take place? Is there a for cause reason for the original
termination? Why are people emailing him for you? It would help if you can
call me.

Attached is the employment
agreement for Kevin Farrell, they guy who sent the disparaging letter about me
to Joe Grano, Chairman 3DGS. He has now left me threatening voice mail, which I
have saved, he is calling my supplier partners, potential customers and
existing clients stating I suck and he can handle their business without me.
As you will see in his agreement we
are entitled to injunctive relief for such actions.
I need to get a âcease and
desistâ order out to this guy and file for injunctive relief asap
correct?
I will forward his last few emails
separately, and I have saved one of his late night threatening voice mails. I
need my lawyer to get this guy to stop!!!!
