Gentleman:

I have a conflict that just arose with respect to the scheduled mediation next week. A Michigan court just set a motion for a hearing next week on June 29 at 11:00 am. Opposing counsel is not cooperating and frankly I don’t want to go back to the court to request a continuance. I am available the week of July 5 after the holiday.
