How's your summer going? Coming out to work on your case next week. I'll arrive Wed night (23 June). Will be working on Thurs and Fri interviewing witnesses and bringing your new (soon to be) detailed defense counsel up to speed. Just found out you'll be represented by Maj Meridith Marshall, the newly designated Senior Defense Counsel for MCAS Miramar. Right now she works at Legal Team Delta at Pendleton (Camp Horno) as a prosecutor, but most of her experience is in defense. She's eager to meet you and catch up on the facts and evidence.
