Please see the attached draft.ֲ I took the work descriptions provided by 3D, the ג€?teaming agreementג€? previously provided, and our discussions and blended them in the attached.ֲ This should account for most everything.ֲ Note that I cut out significant chunks since we a approaching this a little differently then your ג€?standard deal.ג€?ֲ Please review and provide editorial comments ASAP.ֲ Once we have a thumbs up we will sign and send around ratified k.
