Contract for Review

Gentlemen,

Please see the attached draft. I took the work descriptions provided by 3D, the “teaming agreement” previously provided, and our discussions and blended them in the attached. This should account for most everything. Note that I cut out significant chunks since we a approaching this a little differently then your “standard deal.” Please review and provide editorial comments ASAP. Once we have a thumbs up we will sign and send around ratified k.
