Per Judge Kessler’s order regarding a report on the status of this case, 3D
and MVM continue to negotiate through mediation facilitated by Mr. Lewis.
We are scheduled for another session on the 22nd of this month.  Please
advise as to further status reports that Judge Kessler requires.
