Gents, The week of 21 June will no longer work for me due to a development in another case. I don't know if you talked to Capt Gilinsky but his email led me to believe that week would also not work for him. I have a contested case the week of 7 June that I may be able to move around leaving 10 and 11 June open to do the Scarselli motion. The week of 14 June is wide open - any of the days will work - 2 days are preferable but we can have an early start/late session if we need to compress into one day. Please discuss between trial and defense to see if you can find a common date.
