| Good Day Ms. Perry, Thank you for working to have Suite 210 ready for the 1st of June for the Law Firm of Puckett & Faraj, PC. We were in the space on Thursday last week with CORT Furniture discussing rental furniture and measuring the space. The paint looks wonderful! I asked permission of Ms. Krysta Hardiman to Email you directly, even though our Check for the first and last months rent, dated April 30th still has not been cashed nor have we received a copy of the executed contract. I was told that the contract must be countersigned and the check cashed before we can occupy the property. We are a bit worried about the nearness of the 1 June move in date given we don't have the contract in place. We have two requests, if you are able to assist. I would like to have internet and phone capability on the 1st of June and we would like to move into the space so we can be operational on the 1st of June. Of course, the problem is that Monday the 31st of May is a federal holiday. So my questions to you are whether or not we can get in on Monday to move items into the space and if so, what are the building moving in requirements? Additionally, I am uncertain as to which telecommunications company wired the building and services the building so I may set up an account and get someone out to work on the internet and phone service. Could you guide me in that direction? Also, what are the building requirements for workmen in the spaces (i.e. hours, escorts, service elevators, service platforms for loading and unloading?).
