Subject: Event Canceled

Hey Guys,

We will be providing Rachel w/ MTS our pay pal history/tracker forms
of all donations (they keep on their server) and will just deposit
funds into MTS account to be dispersed to the SEALs legal bills.
Between our fundraiser and this I think we have successfully raised
$25,000 on behalf of supporttheseals.org which I think is the largest
donation to date.

We unfortunately are going to cancel the 2nd fundraiser and will close
down the website.

Its been an honor to meet each of you and I am happy we were able to
hopefully make a difference for these brave heroes. Each of you,
equally are just as heroic to take on what I've come to see as a
political battlefield.  Keep up your efforts as they are needed!

On a side note I've received emails from families who are asking for
help w/ similar situations ie my son is being court martial but needs
legal help...I'd like to be able to perhaps recommend each of you if
that is okay.  We have I think a handful right now...although not sure
who does or doesn't have legal representation. It appeared some were
trying to figure out which course to go and wanted help leveraging
support from us.

Anyway thanks again and please keep in touch or let me know if you
need anything additionally.  Its been a humbling journey!

With respect,

Graham Ware

Good Evening,

I am hoping perhaps each of you can help me out as I received a rather
stern message from Liz Logan with the Naval Special Warfare
Foundation.

She stated concern and asserted that people among the NSW community
were questioning the "legal fees.". She stated that since it was a
military trial the SEALs were availed of legal costs...therefore there
shouldn't be legal fee's to deal with.

She in so many words made me feel our efforts were pointless and all
SEALs were directed to let this die off...and not engage any public
support/related events but wished me "good luck."

I'm getting confusing messages bc the UDT association has been
supportive, even showed up at our last event.

Can any of you speak to her or reach out and perhaps set her straight.
She works with President of NSWF Bob Reive so if they are putting out
misleading information then it could impact the efforts of those
trying to help these guys (SEALs).

Her info is 865-286-9144 / e.a.logan@justaskliz.com

She asked me to follow up with you all???

It seems everyone wants this to just go away which is great...but just
wish we could have helped more.

As for the event, if Matt and or Keefe cannot attend then most people
won't want to come...as he and or they were the link to getting people
to show up.

Let me know your thoughts/suggestions/concerns.

All the very best,

Graham
