It occurred to me on Thursday or Friday that Haytham represents 3D in ongoing litigation. Eric seeks to represent Hashimy in a future deal with 3D. Before we start planning trips overseas, keep in mind that the firm cannot represent either party in this deal between the two. It is a direct conflict with a current client. The only conflict-free representation is to continue to represent 3D. But we cannot represent Hashimy if we represent 3D. I think we need to have a conference call before anyone books a flight. I don't see this working out. N
