This is the med-mal case I was speaking of. It is my
intention to play in this as much as I can…let me know if either of you want to
jump in as well. Nothing has happened other than the initial consult
which I can brief at the next “office meeting.” This is also another look
at fee sharing language since these bubbas do this all the time.
