Chris, I spoke with my attorneys and my command and I no longer have a restriction to communicate with you. The current status of the case is that the second Article 32 hearing was completed at 3d MAW, Miramar, and the IO has release his report. We are awaiting the CG's determination as to whether or not to refer charges. If you have any further questions about the case, feel free to contact Chris Hur or Haytham Faraj. Even if it does get referred, it likely won't go to court martial until early 2011, due to attorney schedules. I am currently working at MWHS-3 and doing well with my new family (Dalliana, and 7 y.o. step-son, Kenny).
