I am the Senior Paralegal NCO of the 82nd Sustainment Brigade at Bagram
Airfield, Afghanistan.  As the Defense Counsel for SFC Jenkins you will
need theater clearance to fly from Ali Al Saleem Air Base, Kuwait to
Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan.  I will be submitting the request to
Central Command to get you clearance.  I will contact you again soon to
get the required information to submit the request.  If you have any
questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.
