Haytham, Just spoke to Katie - the Government is objecting to 2 witnesses: Peterson and Ross. Peterson is in class and is she misses more than 4 days will be dropped. Ross is going into back surgery. They may also object to the 2 witnesses that are out to sea (blanking on their names). My 2 cents is that we respond by saying at the very least we want them over the phone, but our preference is still in person. She should be sending the e-mail in the next 20 minutes or so.
