Don't think this happened, Neal.  We all know that a SCM is not acceptable to the defendants.  I think Judge Sullivan talked to somebody in DoD about dismissal of charges -- that is what we all believe is appropriate based on the substantial impeachment of Demartino that we have uncovered during the course of the representation of our clients.  But, I'll pass it along.
