In accordance with RCM 703, the defense must provide name, telephone and address of the witnesses the defense would like the government to provide.
The government will, of course, use due diligence to track down the witnesses you have cited as being located at TSC or RTC, Great Lakes. However, the phone number provided for LT Ross is not current and for your fact witnesses 8, 9, 10, and 11 you have provided no phone number, address or any other identifying information for us to be able to get in touch with them to interview them or arrange travel. Please provide this required information as soon as possible so that your witness request is sufficient under RCM 703 and we will do our best to make your witnesses available.

Thank you for the proper information with regards to the character witnesses you intend to call. I will let you know on Monday, 5 April, per the CMO, which witnesses the government intends to call for rebuttal to good military character defense.
