Neal: Now I am walking on water. I talked more with Krysta
and she is now offering two smaller suites to you at 1800 Diagonal
with the same terms--36.25, paint and carpet and 6 months free.
They are 1504sf and 1483sf and supposedly have at least 3 offices. The
initial monthly rent is $4543 and $4480 respectively. However, if we
apply two months free to each of the first three years, the monthly goes down
to $3786 net effective by my calculation.
I have set up 2:30 on the 31st to see 1700 Diagonal. I will set up
2:45 to see the suites at 1800. I also sent you a new survey last
week and if you want to see others let me know.
