RE: Cpl Siddiqi 706

Good Afternoon Sir,
Mr. Faraj can not be there on the 6th. He is in Chicago that day for another 39(a). Perhaps we could have an 802 either that morning, where he can be present telephonically, or another date?

I am going to docket the 39 a for 6 April whether we have the report back or not. If we get it back before the we can still have a status 39a. We have not been in court on this case for over two months.

Good Morning Sir,
We still do not have a report back. I was able to get the psychologist on the phone this morning and he told me that he would finish the report sometime this week and would forward it to his boss who is TAD until next Monday. He said that he would be able to get it to us soon after that.

Where are we on the 706 report? The file shows we have a 39(a) set for 5 April.

Good Afternoon Sir,
I contacted the USA psychologist that conducted the RCM 706 Inquiry on Cpl Siddiqi this morning. He told me that the report is not done and that he needs another week to complete it.
