I see that Erickson was the lead TC while he was serving as OIC of LSST-E
in 2008. Where was he between then and now? Do we know when he
returned as the head of LSST-E? If not exactly, about when?

offense and commands generally pay voluntarily for DCs to travel to the
scene. The one time I saw a command deny that request, the judge ordered
it after defense motion to compel.
