Dr. Ager's CV

As discussed, per the Stipulated Order dated December 15, 2011 (attached), Defendants were required to provide us with a copy of Dr. Ager's current curriculum vitae ("CV") no later than ten (10) days prior to the date of Defendants' medical examination of Plaintiffs. As further discussed, to date, we have not received Dr. Ager's current CV even though the examinations are scheduled for January 27, 2012 (only two (2) days from now). This would appear to conflict with the attached Order.

In any event, to expedite this litigation, we will make our clients available for these examinations; provided, however, we are provided with a copy of Dr. Ager's current CV by no later than noon tomorrow so that we may review this in advance of the examinations.
