Hi Jackie,

I hope you’re well. I want to again apologize for the multiple delays. I have cc’d our office manager (Bethany) on this email. Please coordinate with her to complete the necessary IRS papers so we can get you started.

We decided that the way we will compensate you for work on the type of cases we discussed is by estimating the number of hours an attorney would need to complete the case and to pay a flat fee for the total amount of hours that are necessary. We need your assistance in giving us feedback on how much time it takes you to complete work on a case. We will compensate you $50 per hour but no less the $500 per case file. On average, it takes one of us about 10-12 hours per case. Others may require twice that when there are court records and substantial legal issues. You will not get those types of cases until you develop some experience with work I suspect that initially, you will require more time as you learn the regulations governing this type of work but that will change as you get experience. We have already selected a case for you to work. I will email you the file once the documents are completed.
