FW: Cynowa v. CSSS, Wolford & Slater Re: Settlement Demand Clarification & Correction

Lisa and Bill,

Attached is a “clarified and corrected” settlement demand letter from Cynowa’s counsel. Given that we have a scheduled mediation on November 29, my recommendation is to confirm (once again, as we already have previously) that both of you will be present for the mediation and that there is no applicable insurance.
