Counsel: below are the trial dates for the Fort Irwin cases.

	US v. Saleh - 27-30 June 11
	US v. Henkel - 26-29 and July 11

Motions for both cases will be on the first day of trial at 0900. Ms. Hale will send copies on Tuesday of the pretrial orders I have signed.

Due to the Fort Bliss caseload, I will be unavailable to try these cases. I will check on the availability of other judges, and inform you of the judge that has been detailed to these cases.
