The XO testified he never heard about the gatorade and that definatly was a violation of the SOP. (He didn't know that the candidates already testified GySgt Davis did it and Capt Kraics was there) However, this text is from the BN Drill Master. So if he knew the allegations the day after we got sat down how did the XO not know?
