Retainer Agreement - Hassan, Laila

Attached is our standard form Retainer Agreement ("Retainer"). The Retainer essentially provides that we will handle this matter on a contingent fee basis (i.e., we will not charge/collect a fee unless we recover from the Defendants at trial, via settlement, or otherwise. Your Aunt will be responsible for costs incurred (e.g., court reporter fees, expert fees, postage, etc.); however, we will not incur any costs without her prior consent.
