Affidavit

As discussed, attached is an affidavit stating that you did not receive a copy of the audio/video recordings of the events giving rise to the criminal action in the matter of People v. Joseph Saad. A signed affidavit attesting to this will dispense the need for you to appear at a deposition or produce any of the documents sought by our subpoena.

As further discussed, we would appreciate any information you can provide to us regarding who made the charging decision. Please understand the purpose of our inquiry is limited solely to whether the Dearborn Heights Police Department provided the audio/video recordings to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office (we do not impart nor intend to impart any impropriety on behalf of the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office whatsoever).

I am not sure whether you will speak to Mr. Najar, but in light of our discussion, I believe an affidavit from him attesting similarly will dispense with the need for his deposition or production of documents.
