BLOG EDIT PLZE: Fed Lawsuit against DOD on Military Culture that Promotes Sexual Assault

Neal, I had trouble with this one.  Focus is on the new Art 120 and what it changed to tighten up the burden of proof on defense.  Not sure I got that right, because a) couldn't find anything online; b) couldn't understand the impact (change) on the Mil justice system - because I can't remember what you said about it when it came out in 2007, no one has it stated online, and I don't know what the burden of proof use to be; therefore I couldn't compare and contrast accurately.

Plze edit, as H and E don't have time.  Want to get this up TODAY so it is timely with the news on the Fed Lawsuit filed yesterday. (They had a press  conference at the National Press Club yesterday).

Thxs.  Soonest Plze.  I've got meetings from 1130 - 1600 today. I know you are behind me by 3 hours time, but would like to get it up before I leave for my meetings.  Thx

M
