P&F Blog on CAAF Max Punishment for "appears to be" Child Porn

N (H/E of you have time), I don't know who has time today to edit this blog. Plze coord efforts.  I added H/E so you would all know of the 26 Apr CAAF ruling on maximum sentence for "appears to be" child porn from the CAAF.  All references are linked at bottom of the blog.  CAAF vacated (look at me use your vocab!!!) sentence on Air Force case where MJ used max sentence from possession, receiving or viewing (DD, Forfeit all pay, 10 years).  Sullivan blogged on CAAFLOG.com...

CAAF defined max punishment for "appears to be" -  confinement for four months and forfeiture of 2/3 pay per month for four months.

ALl links at the bottom of my draft...

N, please edit - this one needs it as it is military legal specific and needs to have the facts correct.  If you can't please redirect to H or E??
