Mr. Faraj, attached are the government’s proposed jury instructions. Please let us know if you have any objections, as it is my understanding that we are to submit one joint set of instructions to the Court at the beginning of trial and that if there are any disagreements we are to have a meeting with her law clerk to identify the areas of disagreement.
